Troubleshoot Live Video Feed Failure
If you cannot see the live video feed for one or more of the video cameras connected to your system, you will want to access the troubleshooting wizard from the Brinks Home™ app.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log into the Brinks Home app.
- Click Video.
- Click Live Video.
- In the camera feed window of the malfunctioning device, click Troubleshoot.
If the device is not present, add the camera to the app by selecting the model and following steps here.
