Interlogix Freeze Sensor—Tamper Error

Find the image of your flood sensor below to view instructions on how to replace the cover on your sensor to address the tamper error.

You will also need to clear the error from the panel memory. Once the cover has been replaced, see instructions for Simon XT - Silence Trouble Beeps or Simon XTi - Silence and Reset Alarm.

Interlogix / GE / ITI 60-504-10-319.5 Freeze Sensor:

Align the cover over the sensor and press to close, ensuring the latch locks the cover into place.

Interlogix 60-742-95R / NetworX NX-658 Freeze Sensor:

Align the cover over the sensor and press to close, ensuring the bottom tab locks the cover into place.

Interlogix / Ecolink TX-E611 Flood Freeze Sensor:

Align the sensor over the mounting bracket and backplate, then press together to replace the sensor.
