The Cost Recovery Fee recovers costs associated with the monitoring and maintenance of the alarm system, including costs for overall changing technology.

2G and 3G communication are currently being phased out. This fee is associated with the maintenance of your system’s communication unit to ensure your system continues to communicate with us reliably and with a fast response if an alarm happens.

This is not associated with your fixed or variable Monthly Monitoring Rate.
