Factory Default
Warning: Resetting the camera erases all settings and requires it to be re-added to your account.
- Press and hold the reset/WPS button located on the back of the camera.
- Release the button when the LED flashes green and red (approximately 15 seconds).
Wi-Fi Setup by WPS Enrollment
Note: Perform these steps near the camera's final location to ensure a sufficient Wi-Fi signal before mounting.
- Connect the camera’s AC power adapter to a non-switched outlet.
- Press and hold the reset button until the LED blinks blue (about 3 seconds), then release.
- Activate WPS mode on your router. The camera will connect to the Wi-Fi network.
- The LED will turn solid green when the connection is complete.
Wi-Fi Setup by AP Mode
Note: Perform these steps near the camera's final location to ensure a sufficient Wi-Fi signal before mounting.
- Connect the camera’s AC power adapter to a non-switched outlet.
- If the LED does not blink white after two minutes, press and hold the reset button until it blinks white (about 6 seconds).
- On a device, connect to the Wi-Fi network "ADC-V515 (XX:XX:XX)," where XX:XX:XX matches the camera's MAC address (found on the camera or packaging).
- Open a browser and go to http://v515install, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to Wi-Fi.
- The LED will turn solid green when the connection is complete.
Add Camera Using the Brinks Home™ App Website
- Log in to the Brinks Home App on a desktop browser and press Video.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add Video Device.
- The camera should be detected. Enter the camera name, then select Install.
- Wait a few minutes for the camera to configure.
- Once configured, select Live View to access the camera feed.
Add Camera Using the Brinks Home™ Mobile App
- Log in to the Brinks Home Mobile App, and press Video.
- Select Settings by pressing the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select Add Video Device, then select your compatible device type.
- The camera should be detected. Enter the camera name, then select Next.
- Wait for the camera to configure.
- Once configured, select Live View to access the camera feed.
LED Reference Guide
- Off: No power
- Flashing red: Power on, camera booting

- Solid green: Internet and Alarm.com connection
