Qolsys QS5110-840 / QS5110-P01 IQ SMOKE Smoke Heat Detector:

Twist sensor counter-clockwise to remove from the base, then remove and replace 3 AAA alkaline batteries.

Alula / Resolution Products RE112 / RE212 / RE212T / RE312 Smoke Detector:

Twist sensor counter-clockwise to remove from the base, then remove and replace CR123A battery.

Interlogix / GE Security TX-6010-01-1 Smoke Heat Detector:

Twist sensor counter-clockwise to remove from base.

Slide the battery plate off as shown below, then remove and replace 2 CR123A lithium batteries.
