I have had 2 previous alarm companies and there can be difficulties with tech support with them all but not a problem with Brinks Home. A virtual tech is the fastest and best.
I love my new Brinks security system. It’s so easy to control from my phone. Even though the keypad is by the front door, I can easily disarm the system when entering through any door. Peace of mind!
